TWICE MORTAL & MORE ROCK HOOSIER DOME! (6/7/25)

I went out to Hoosier Dome on Indy’s southeast side just outside the fountain square area. Hoosier Dome is a tiny all ages venue on Prospect St. Over the years I have seen many a punk, hardcore, or metal show here. One time at Hoosier Dome I got to help carry in the gear for the iconic Hardcore Punk band “The Casualties”. Tonight however was a special treat. I got to see some of the behind the scene stuff that normal fans don’t get to see.

When I got there the bands were unloading gear and prepping for the show. I was able to talk with each band a bit and tell them i was out doing a review of the show and I will be taking pictures and video for graveyardradio.net.

Before sound check DQ laid down the rules for all the bands to follow for the evening to ensure all bands had a great set. DQ runs a no nonsense ship and does it extremely well and it sounded on point all night.

Cave Dweller started off the show. They are a Brutal Slam Band from the depths of Pangea. With their cave man clubs and loin cloths they tore up the stage with their Cave Man sound. One track stood out to me and it was Yabba Dabba Doo! For more info check out Cave Dweller’s socials and anywhere you stream music.

Twice Mortal was up next with their Naptown Fbody Metal. Let me tell you these guys killed it. They got the crowd going with songs like Piss Fish, HATEFUCK and Charybdis Killer. You can’t go wrong with their Extreme vocals, punishing drums, killer Riffs. For more info check out Twice Mortal socials and Spotify to stream their music.

Cut By Shards was next. They brought the Brutal Hardcore live and direct from the 317. I enjoyed I (Laced) My Friend With A Gas Station Boner Pill and BR3AGHK. For more info check out Cut By Shards socials, Spotify and anywhere you stream music.

Execution was the headliner for the show. They were a heavy hitting Deathcore Band. They have a new EP out called Without Remorse. I liked Cost Of Living and Six Found Dead. For more info check out Execution socials, Spotify and anywhere you stream music.

Charybdis closed out the night. They were a Brutal Death Metal band from Indiana. I Will Scoop Your Eyeballs Out and Wide Awake Surgical Torture were two stand out tracks for me. For more info check out Charybdis socials, Spotify, and anywhere you stream music.

All in all I think all the bands did an excellent job and I look forward to coming back to Hoosier Dome again to check out more bands. Check back in soon here at graveyardradio.net for more coverage of great shows.
