THE WORLD OF DRUM AND BASS TAKES DETROIT!(REVIEW) CLEVELAND & CHICAGO COMING UP FAST!

The World of Drum & Bass tour in Detroit was a wild time. Impulse Detroit put on the event, huge props to them!

I got to the door around 8:56. I met others waiting and we talked about the drum and bass scene in Detroit. We talked about gear, DJs and promoters and then went in the venue at 9pm

Inside, I met one of the promoters, SB1. He gave us a free T shirt. One of my friends was coming through Detroit from Chicago with a circus. I invited her along. The rhythms kicked in, and we danced all night. She brought her LED juggling balls, and we vibed and danced all night.

MC Fatman D was spitting bars all night. I was impressed by the hours of performance that lasted from DJ Hybrid to Bladerunner.

The energy was high all night. As a house and techno person, I’m not used to that level of energy. The atmosphere was great! People were dancing, moving and shouting remarks of enthusiasm.

I met up with Laura, the founder of Anita Bass and co-founder of Proper Cleveland. We talked about the DJs, The World of Drum and Bass tour, and the upcoming show in Cleveland.

The DJs had such a great mix of Reggae, Drum & Bass and Jungle

Come see DJ Hybrid, DJ SS, Fatman D, MC G1, and Bladerunner at the Cleveland installment of The World of Drum and Bass tour.

With local support from Queen Of Chaos, Paulie Walnuts, and Still Nasty!
