Been a lot of build up from ILLform and company the last few weeks on social media leading to the release of his latest collaboration with Veronica Red. Now Available on all platforms, ILLform’s “The Art of iLLusion” is a dark and mystical journey into bass and sound.
The deep bass lines next to Veronica’s haunting vocal arrangements creates a dreamy soundscape on the tracks she is present. The mix down of all tracks sound crystal clear, pristine, and give a nice punch to system speakers. With the exeption of a few light, more angelic moments, the drum and bass featured sets a moody, yet very spacey tone. The LP contains 10 extended and exclusive mixes of previously released tracks. It clocks in at just over 46 minutes.
