Curtis Jones has dropped a 3 track EP last Friday on Guerrilla Noise Recordings. “Dello Spettro” is a nice serving of 3 hard hitting house tracks. Each brings it’s own vibe.
The EP skates along some darker sounds, but manages to keep some pretty funky at the same time. The track “Switch” definitely brings the most funk of the 3 tracks. “Concentrate” darkens things up a bit with a hard kick drum, down pitched vocal sample, and more of a trance-like sound. “Elettricitá” had a more deep house feel to it and is the more chill of the 3 tracks. Jones is definitely showing off his range with this EP. As of writing this article, the EP has reached the top 50 tech house releases on Beatport. Order your copy here.
