Jen Symmetry is a full on veteran at this point. She has been spinning drum and bass for more than 2 decades, and we can note creds like; World of Drum and Bass 2004, Collaborations with Proper Chicago, and earning the title of “916 Junglist/Dystopia Champion” in 2021. It is safe to say, 2022 is off to a huge start with mad shows coming up over next several months for her. Jen picked a good time to drop an epic mix and give us a peek at what to expect behind the decks! Graveyard Radio is proud to bring it to ya.
It goes without saying that this mix is fire! Front to back, this mix is packed with some great drum and bass to help get your feet moving and get the temperature up on this cold winter day! The mixes are fluid and precise as Jen uses her skills to take us on an amazing journey. There are some pretty dark patches, but Symmetry continuously manages to uplift us at just the right places, keeping things very exciting the whole way.
Jen is big into pushing a lot of stuff off of Seminal Sounds right now. In this mix, Symmetry is showcasing a couple tacks from the label, including “Undone” by Sudden Flight, and upcoming release from Northern Barrier, “Turkey Season.” Keep an eye out on Bandcamp!
We also got some bangers from NC-17, John B, Pacific, Kontrast, and even a couple of Symmetry’s own tracks! Full track list and can be found in the description on SoundCloud!
This brings us to the multiple chances you have to catch Jen play live, on the internet and in person!

Get your fist chance this her stream live this weekend! Jen hosts on a rising Twitch channel SLPDNB, so be sure to head over there and give them a follow!

Next, Jen will be Live at Debonair with Danny The Wildchild! The show will also be broadcast live @ twitch.tv/properchicagodnb.
Jen has opened up for some big names in her career. Dieselboy, Spor, John B, and Reid Speed just to name a few. Now Symmetry will get her chance to share the stage with the legendary Aphrodite this month! There is an event page, head over to RSVP, tickets are going fast!
Worth mentioning, Aphrodite is on tour in the states. Took the liberty of posting dates below

Then on February 25th, Hyperactive. A benefit show for breast cancer. We don’t have much info yet, but Graveyard Radio will be monitoring. When we get a link, we’ll update ya here in the feature.

Last, but not least, “The Great Beyond” was just announced! An absolute massive festival this summer. RSVP and keep up with info at the event page.

Exellent stuff all around! We’d like to wrap up and thanks Jen for allowing us to add another amazing piece of work to the Graveyard Radio library. We encourage are readers to keep it locked as we continually continue to bring these sounds from the underground.
