Our homie Jin-XS is letting us do a little experiment. He would like to expand to other platforms and make some mixes available in some other spaces, giving us the idea to host some of our favorites on our SoundCloud. With as much as we bump these, it’s a win-win!
We decided to start with one of our favorite set of mixes. “Roots Vol. 1 & 2” have both now been put up.
Both mixes have several hundred plays on the Indy DJ’s hearthis.at account. These amazing old-school 80’s and 90’s hip-hop mixes are both clock in at a little over 30 minutes each, but are stacked with hits, deep cuts, and original mash-ups from hip-hop’s glory days. “Roots Vol. 2” has especially been an inspiring piece of work with Graveyard Radio and affiliates.
